COLLEGE MUSIC MINISTRY BOOT CAMP

  • “I’ve always felt the call to lead worship as a Catholic musician… but that wasn’t truly actionable until I encountered The Vigil Project at CTK. They invested deeply in me, drew out my call, and led me deeper. And this growth didn’t stop at graduation. The Vigil Project has given me the confidence and boldness to answer the call I have to music ministry and know it’s truly from the Lord.”

What if college campuses were a place where the beauty of music led students to a life-changing encounter with Jesus? Campus music ministry is often left as an afterthought, especially when it comes to the Mass, yet an intentional discipleship of student musicians can have a lasting impact on the entire culture of campus ministry.

The Vigil Project works closely with college campus ministry programs to train student musicians and form them in a deep understanding of the many moments where music intersects with the Catholic faith.

Every August, before the Fall semester begins, we host a small cohort of college campus music ministry teams from around the country for a week-long music ministry bootcamp. Students develop tight bonds with their fellow music ministers as they pray together, learn repertoire, and receive training on the many facets of serving in the Mass, adoration, and times of praise and worship.  Get in touch to learn how we can serve your students.
